Researchers, scholars and students are invited to submit abstracts for the following proposal types.

Authors must submit their abstracts and symposia for one of the following topics:

• Assessment
• Biological foundations of development
• Career development
• Cognitive development
• Developmental psychopathology
• Gender and sexuality
• Health and wellbeing
• Identity and personality
• Interventions
• Language development
• Methodological advances in developmental psychology
• Moral development and prosocial tendencies
• Parenting
• Play and learning
• Resilience and positive development
• Social and emotional development
• Development and Technology

General rules

• Each individual may submit up to two abstracts as a first author and be listed on a maximum of five abstracts total.
• All proposals must be made via the online form on M-anage Submission Platform and not by email.
• An abstract as well as symposium description shall not exceed 300 words. The title should be 30 words or less.
• On submission of the proposal, the authors will receive an automated email confirming receipt. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.
• After submission, abstracts and symposia can be revised or updated until 1 February 2027.
• Once the abstract is accepted, the presenting author must register for the event and deliver the presentation in person at the conference, as well as all the chairs and speakers of accepted symposia. There will be no option for online presentations.
  

  Registration is required within 26 April, 2027, otherwise their names will not be included in the scientific program.

• Co-authors are welcome to attend the conference, though their participation is optional.
